The new Toughbook CF-29 HT has 40 GB HDD and 512 GB RAM, though it is extendable up to 1 GB. It is apt for use in rough climatic conditions and great for business purposes too. Its video interface is MiniD-sub 15 pin External Video with a SigmaTel STAC 9751T AC-97 v.21 compliant audio chipset.

The Drawbacks !
A few drawbacks give second thoughts to the prospective buyers. The system becomes slow if you try to expand its HDD. The Refurbisher, Planitroi is not impressive enough. One of its virtues is that installation of other software does not let affect the Operating System’s performance.
The touch pad too has been seen to be a little slow than other laptops of its type. The speakers give out mono effects and experiencing stereophonic sounds is not possible. Working on this laptop for longer hours gives a tough time to the wrists. Pre loaded software accompanying the system are less and for enjoying all the features extra software have to be loaded.
The placement of the one of the USB Ports is not convenient for the users. The touch screen proves to be great performance wise; it is swift and apt for using GPS. The battery back up is great too and perfect for outdoor purposes.
